Since the announcement of the underwriting challenge Thursday, 123 loans have been underwritten!!!

This represents 62% of the backlog that is now completed.

I am extremely impressed with our Underwriters and their commitment to the challenge.

We will continue to push ahead reaching, and most likely, surpassing our goal.
