A week ago we announced a challenge to our underwriters to underwrite 200 loans in 12 days. As of yesterday, only 7 days after the challenge was issued, they had already underwritten 199 loans!
Nothing short of amazing!!!
This leaves only 9 loans from the backlog left to work on. There are also currently 69 loans in underwriting received status. We expect to receive an increase in loans from loan set up over the next couple of days based on recent activity. However, our underwriters plan to work this weekend and wipe the state clean.
